Canyon Hill Developments has partnered with Somerled Properties and s2e Technologies to develop a 222-unit multifamily development in Lantz, Nova Scotia. The project involves the acquisition of a fully occupied property (82 units) and the construction of two additional properties on the adjacent lands (140 units).

Canyon Hill Developments has partnered with s2e Technologies to develop a 240-unit sustainable multi-family development in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. The project has recently obtained a re-zoning approval and expects to start construction of Phase I (120 units) in Q3 2026.

Canyon Hill Developments has acquired a 25.5-acre property in Oro-Medonte and successfully completed the severance process to create seven lots. Fully serviced lots are now available for sale, with four of the seven lots sold in 2025 and a fifth currently subject to a conditional purchase agreement. Canyon Hill anticipates completing the sale of the remaining two lots (Lots 2 and 6) prior to the end of 2026.
