Purpose-Built Rental Development in Wolfville

Located in the heart of Wolfville, just minutes from Acadia University and the town’s historic downtown core, this 240-unit purpose-built rental community is being developed in partnership with s2e Technologies.

The site was acquired in 2024 and has since received conditional site plan approval following a successful rezoning application. Construction will begin in fall 2025 and proceed in two phases, starting with 120 units. Designed to meet the growing need for rental housing in the region, the development integrates sustainable design practices, including on-site renewable energy and prefabricated construction methods.

Canyon Hill Developments has acquired a 25.5 acre property in Oro-Medonte and has completed the severance process for five of the seven proposed lots on the site. Serviced lots are available for sale, with lot 7 (4 acres) already having been sold in Q2 2025. Canyon Hill plans to sell all of the lots prior to the end of 2026.
