Canyon Hill Developments has partnered with Somerled Properties and s2e Technologies to develop a 452-unit multi-residential development in Lantz and New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. The project involves the acquisition of two fully occupied properties (162 units + 11,000 sq. ft. of commercial space) and the construction of four additional properties on adjacent lands (290 units).

Canyon Hill Developments has acquired a 25.5 acre property in Oro-Medonte and has completed the severance process for five of the seven proposed lots on the site. Serviced lots are available for sale, with lot 7 (4 acres) already having been sold in Q2 2025. Canyon Hill plans to sell all of the lots prior to the end of 2026.
